Students gathering at Shaheed Minar

A large gathering of students are gathering at the Central Shaheed Minar to participate in the 'March for Unity' program called by the Students Against Discrimination. 

Students and the public from various districts and upazilas of the country including Dhaka are gathering at the Central Shaheed Minar in separate processions.

During a visit to the area at around 3:00pm, it was seen that both students and people from different places are thronging the Central Shaheed Minar and its adjoining areas. 

The Dhaka University area has turned into a human sea as huge students have thronged there to attend the ‘March for Unity’ program.

Students, chanting various slogans against autocracy, arrived in a procession carrying banners.
