No gas supply for 11 hours in several parts of Dhaka

Gas supply will remain suspended for 11 hours on Wednesday (January 1) at different areas in the city for maintenance work in the gas pipeline.

Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC issued a press notification in this regard on Tuesday (December 31).

According to Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC, the areas where gas supply will stop from 9am to 8pm on 1 January (Wednesday) for all kinds of customers include West Rajabazar, Indira Road, and Shukrabad area.

At the same time, low gas pressure may prevail in the surrounding areas, said the notification.
