DITF-2025 kicks off today

The month-long Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) 2025 is set to begin today (January 1) in Dhaka.

Chief Adviser (CA) of the interim government Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus will inaugurate the fair around 10:30am.

Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) said the chief adviser will inaugurate the 29th DITF at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center in Purbachal on the outskirts of the capital.

A total of 327 pavilions and stalls will display their products in the fair venue this year. A total of 11 companies from seven different countries, excluding Bangladesh, will participate this time. Several innovations are being added to the 2025 trade fair.

However, the floor price or rent for pavilion, stall or restaurant space remains unchanged. Adults will have to pay Tk50 for tickets.
