Hasnat, Sarjis to hold public meeting in Faridpur 

Students against Discrimination will hold a public rally on the afternoon of January 6 at the Government Rajendra College ground in Faridpur.

Hasnat Abdullah, convener of the central committee of the Students Against Discrimination, and Sarjis Alam, chief organizer of the Jatiya Nagorik Committee and general secretary of the July Shaheed Smriti Foundation, will speak at the rally. 

Abrar Nadim Itu, one of the coordinators of the Students Against Discrimination in Faridpur, gave this information to reporters on Thursday (January 2) afternoon. 

He said, “Like the other parts of the country, a rally of the Students Against Discrimination will be held in Faridpur. Hasnat Abdullah and Sarjis Alam will join it. Our preparations are underway for this. Details will be announced at a press conference on January 4.” 

A preparatory meeting was held on Wednesday afternoon to mark the arrival of the central coordinators in Faridpur.
