Govt issues gazette canceling 50 judges’ training in India

The planned training of 50 judicial officers from subordinate courts at the National Judicial Academy and State Judicial Academy in India’s Bhopal, has been cancelled.

The Ministry of Law and Justice issued a notification in this regard on Sunday (January 5).

The notification signed by Deputy Secretary (Training) of the Ministry of Law Dr. Abul Hasanat said the gazette has been cancelled as per the direction of Bangladesh Supreme Court.

Earlier on January 4, the Law Ministry issued a notification granting permission to 50 judicial officers to take part in the training courses.
