Brig Gen Faisal Azad new TCB chairman 

The government has appointed Brigadier General Faisal Azad as the chairman of Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) on deputation.

The Public Administration Ministry issued an order in this regard on Wednesday (January 8).

TCB’s outgoing chairman Brig Gen Md Mostafa Iqbal has been sent to armed forces.

TCB sells edible oil, lentils, onions, chick peas and dates among the low-income people at below the market prices so that they can afford the items.
