Students Against Discrimination announces program to ban AL 

Students Against Discrimination has announced a program to ban the Awami League. 

The verified Facebook page of the organization gave a post in this regard on Wednesday (February 12).

According to the post, the namaz-e-janaza of Abul Kashem will be held at around 9:00pm on Wednesday at Central Shaheed Minar in the capital. Later, a coffin procession will be brought out demanding ban of the Awami League.

Abul Kashem who was recently injured while trying to stop an attack on the house of former Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque in Gazipur has passed away.

Abul Kashem, 20, a member of Students Against Discrimination, died at around 3:00pm on Wednesday while undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital. 

On February 7, at least 20 people were injured when alleged Awami League activists attacked a group of protesters near the ancestral home of Mozammel Haque in Gazipur.
