Special airfare benefits for Saudi-Malaysia-bound workers 

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has brought special fare facilities for the workers who will go to Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.

The airline authorities said that to get this facility, passengers will need a card from Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET)  or its verification. 

This information was revealed in a press release of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism on Thursday (February 13).This one-way travel facility is available for new workers from Bangladesh from Febuary 10 to June 30.

Under thes “Worker Fare” initiative, the base fare excluding taxes will be $360 from Dhaka to Saudi Arabia and $150 from Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur.

The base fare from any place other than Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur under this initiative will be $175.

Currently, the base fare for a ticket from Dhaka to Saudi Arabia ranges from $400 to $480, while for Malaysia, it is between $300 and $350.
