Genocide: Addl SP Alep Uddin among 10 produced at tribunal

Ten people, including former IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun, former army officer and former director general of National Telecommunication Monitoring Center (NTMC) Ziaul Ahsan, and controversial former Barishal’s Additional Superintendent of Police Md Alep Uddin, have been produced before the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) in the July-August genocide case.

They were produced before the tribunal around 10 am on Thursday (February 20).

Among those who were produced today are former Deputy Commissioner (DC) of DMP Mirpur Division Jasim Uddin Molla, dismissed Additional Superintendent of Police of Dhaka District Abdullahil Kafi, former Additional Superintendent of Dhaka District Police (Savar Circle) Md Shahidul Islam, former Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Jatrabari Police Station Abul Hasan, former OC of Gulshan Police Station Md Mazharul Haque, former Inspector of Intelligence Department (DB-North) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police Md Arafat Hossain, former Superintendent of Police Mohiuddin Farooqui.
