Metro rails to run Feb 21, work abstention postponed 

Metro rails will run from February 21 as employees of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd (DMTCL) have postponed their planned work abstention for 30 days.

After receiving assurances from the authorities, staff of DMTCL took the decision on Thursday (February 20).

Earlier on February 17, in a press release, they announced their work abstention to press home some demands including finalizing their service rules and 50 percent of the outstanding arrears.
