UN chief to visit Dhaka on March 13

The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is likely to visit Dhaka on March 13 (Thursday).

The Permanent Mission of Bangladesh to the United Nations announced this in a press release on Wednesday (February 26).

According to the notification, the office of the UN Secretary-General has confirmed the official will be held from March 13 to 16.

The UN Secretary-General will visit the country following the invitation of Dr. Muhammad Yunus, the Chief Adviser to the Interim Government of Bangladesh.
