Metro rail passengers can carry water in Ramadan

Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) has allowed the passengers of the metro rail to carry a bottle of water during the holy month of Ramadan. 

A release signed by Deputy Project Director (Public Relations) Md Ahsan Ullah Sharifi on the occasion of Ramadan said this on February 27.

A passenger can carry a bottle containing 250ml water for their iftar purpose, according to the release. 

The DMTCL authority has requested metro rail passengers to dump the bottle of water into designated dustbins after use.
