Gono Odhikar Parishad places 4 demands including reconstruction of advisory council 

Gono Odhikar Parishad has placed four demands including reconstruction of advisory council.

The four demands are the resignation of the student representatives from the advisory council to ensure neutrality of the interim government, proper treatment and rehabilitation facilities for the injured and compensation for the July martyrs’ families, taking appropriate steps to prosecute the genocide and ban the Awami League, and completing state reforms based on national consensus and organizing national elections as soon as possible.

President of Gono Odhikar Parishad Nurul Haque Nur placed the demands at a press conference held at Bijoynagar in the capital on Saturday (March 1).
