Youth shot dead in Gulshan

A young man was shot to death by unidentified assailants near Gulshan Police Plaza in Dhaka on Thursday night (March 21).

Identity of the victim could not be known immediately.

Md Farid Uddin, an official of Gulshan police station said that gunfire was heard in front of the police plaza on Thursday night. Two groups may have exchanged fire there.

The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for an autopsy.
