Govt to appoint workers on daily basis 

All ministries, divisions, agencies, government offices, state-owned institutions and autonomous institutions will temporarily appoint workers on daily basis to carry out emergency work. 

Those who are citizens of Bangladesh by birth and between the ages of 18 and 58 years will get the opportunity on a daily basis. 

The government has formulated the ‘Daily Temporary Workers Employment Policy, 2025’ to temporarily hire workers on a daily basis to carry out emergency work. 

The policy was published on Tuesday (April 15) under the signature of Finance Secretary Dr. Md. Khayeruzzaman Majumder.
