EC plans to announce election roadmap by July

Election Commissioner Md. Anwarul Islam has said that the Election Commission (EC) will announce its roadmap for the 13th national parliament election by July next. 

The Election Commissioner said this while talking to newsmen at the EC Secretariat at Agargaon in the city on Wednesday.
In addition, the EC will hold a dialogue with all political parties before announcing the election schedule, he said.

The Election Commissioner said that all kinds of preparations of the EC are underway to hold the next election.

He said that the all works including updating the voters list, reforming the RPO, policies and laws, delimitation, registration of new parties will be completed.
