Firefighters doused the blaze that broke out at South-East Plaza of Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban in the capital on Wednesday morning.
Sources in the Fire Brigade Service said the fire originated from an unknown source at about 8:45am.
On information, four units from Mohammadpur and Fire Brigade Headquarters rushed to the spot, and extinguished the blaze within half hour.
