Order on Fakhrul’s bail July 5

Staff Correspondent: The Supreme Court will give it’s orders July 5 on three government petitions against the High Court order that has granted bail to BNP acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir in three cases.

A four-member bench of the Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha set the date after holding hearing on the petitions.

The HC granted bail to Fakhrul on June 21 this year in the cases filed with Paltan Police Station on January 4, 5 and 7 under exclusive substances act 1908.
