FBI agents meet CID over BB fund heist

Staff Correspondent: CID Additional Deputy Inspector General of Police Shah Alam said that the Bangladesh Bank (BB) fund heist has been done through forensic security skills for IT.

Shah Alam, also the chief of investigation body over the fund heist, said the statement to newsmen after a meeting with the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the city around 4:00pm on Sunday.

In the meeting, the CID official said that they discussed on many issues such as the way to recover the stolen money and trace the culprits involved in the heist.

FBI agents said that they will cooperate in the investigation into the BB fund heist.
