Badiuzzaman new ACC chief, Nasiruddin commissioner

DHAKA, June 27: The government has appointed M Badiuzzaman as chairman and Nasiruddin,  former chairman of National Board of Revenue, as a commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

The Cabinet Division issued two separate notifications in this regard on Wednesday.

The notification said ACC commissioner M Badiuzzaman has been appointed as its chairman.

Earlier on Monday, Badiuzzaman was made acting ACC chairman as the tenure of Ghulam Rahman as the ACC chief expired on Sunday and the post of ACC chairman fell vacant.
