14 more bombs found at Ctg militant den

Staff Correspondent: Police on Sunday recovered 14 more bombs from the 'militant den' in Sitakunda upazila of Chittagong.

Bomb disposal unit members recovered the bombs this noon from a building named Chhayanir. A total of 39 bombs were recovered from the spot during the anti-militant drive.

Chittagong district additional police super (Sadar) Habibur Rahman told risingbd.com the law enforcers recovered the 14 bombs during search operation and destroyed there.

Earlier, on Thursday, five suspected terrorists, including a female, were killed in an anti-militant drive, Operation Assault 16, in Sitakunda upazila of Chittagong.
