15 lakh Yaba pills seized in Ctg, 12 held

Staff Correspondent: The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) seized 15 lakh pieces of contraband Yaba tablets in the Bay of Bengal at Patenga in Chittagong on Saturday morning.

RAB-7 also detained 12 people, including five citizens of Myanmar, in this connection.

Tipped off, a team of Rab-7 launched a drive on Friday evening and recovered the Yaba pills searching a trawler in the Bay, said commanding officer of the RAB-7 Col Mistas Uddin.
