HC issues rule upon Transplantation of Organs Act

Staff Correspondent: The High Court has issued a rule asking the authorities why it will not declare 3 sections of Transplantation of Organs Act illegal.

The HC bench of Justice Moinul Islam Chowdhury and Justice JBM Hassan passed the order following a writ petition on Thursday.
 

Heath Secretary and Director General of Directorate General of Health Services have been asked to respond the rule within two weeks.

Barrister Rashna Imam and Reshad Imam stood for the petitioner.
