Legal notice served seeking removal of Education Minister

Staff Correspondent: A legal notice has been served to the authorities concerned seeking removal of Education Minister for failing to stop question leaks in all public examinations.

Supreme Court lawyer advocate Yunus Ali Akand on Wednesday sent the notice by post to the Education Minister, the President and the Prime Minister.

According to the notice, the Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid is failed to stop question leaks. So, he has no right to hold the post.

A writ will be filed with the High Court if the authorities concerned do not take effective steps in this regard within 24 hours, the notice reads.
