‘Khaleda is facing punishment as she has done corruption’

Staff Correspondent: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, “BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is facing the punishment as she has done corruption.”

The premier came up with the remark while addressing a public rally organized by the party at Alia Madrasa Moidan in Rajshahi city on Thursday afternoon.

Sheikh Hasina, also the Awami League president, said, “Awami League brings gift for people where BNP-Jamaat combine creates a reign of terror in the country.”

Earlier at 3:50pm, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated 21 development projects and laid the foundation stones of 12 other schemes including eight new police stations of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police in the district.

The premier inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of the projects by unveiling their plaques from Madrasa Moidan in the city.
