Staff Correspondent: Awami League-backed 'Sanmilita Ainjibi Samannay Parishad' panel candidates have won 16 posts including the president and general secretary in Gazipur District Bar Association election.
Abdur Razzak and Shahjahan were elected as president and general secretary of Gazipur District Bar Association in the election.
After counting the votes, Advocate Md Abdus Salam, Chief election commissioner of the polls, announced the polls result around 11:00am on Friday.
Earlier, the day-long election took place on Thursday.
