Abul Hasnat Abdullah gets minister status

Staff Correspondent: Abul Hasnat Abdullah, the Chairman of Standing Committee on Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Ministry, has got full minister status.

A notification signed by the Cabinet Division Secretary revealed the news on Thursday.

Nurul Huda, deputy director (public relations) of the parliament secretariat, confirmed the news to Risingbd on Friday.

According to the notification, the government has decided that Abul Hasnat Abdllah will get full minister status, salary-allowances and other related facilities till he will hold the post of convener of the National Committee on Chittagong Hill Tracts (NCCHT).
