Gazipur, Khulna city polls May 15

Staff Correspondent:  Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) and Khulna City Corporation (KCC) polls will be held on May 15.

Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda made the announcement at the end of an Election Commission (EC) meeting on Saturday.

Candidates must submit their nomination applications to the returning officer by April 12. The submissions will be scrutinised on April 14 and 15, with April 23 set as the deadline to withdraw from the race, according to the schedule.
