Heavy rain may continue for 2 more days

Staff Correspondent: A mild to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to continue across the country.

A met office forecast said on Monday noon said rain is expected in various parts of the country for another two days.

According to met office, heavy rainfall with gusty wind or thundershower was expected in many places in Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet Divisions



Meteorologist Khondakar Hafizur Rahman said Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dinajpur, Pabna, Bogura, Tangail, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Faridpur, Madaripur, Jessore, Kushtia, Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Cumilla, Noakhali and Sylhet districts may witness heavy rainfall. The strong winds along with rains may blow through the regions with the speed of 60-80 km per hours and above.
