RMG workers block Dhaka-Aricha highway

Staff Correspondent, Savar: Workers of a garment unit have blocked the Dhaka-Aricha highway at Savar demanding their arrears.
Sources said that all types of vehicular movements were halted in the road due to the blockade.
The workers of Abbas Apparel Limited started block around 11:00am on Tuesday in Savar Bus stand point, police said.
Workers claimed that the garment authority did not pay their arrears since last three months.
Savar Model police station officer-in-charge (OC) Mohsinul Kadir said confirmed the matter.
