20 fishermen missing in Bay of Bengal

Staff Correspondent, Chattogram: A fishing trawler along with 20 fishermen went missing as the Bay was rough due to inclement weather.
Sources said that the missing fishermen are residents of Jaldash Para area of Puichhari under Banshkhali upazila in Chattogram. The fishermen went to deep sea to catch fish 10 days ago with a fishing trawler named FB Jaharlal.
Confirming the matter, Banshkhali Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Salahuddin said cost guards were informed about the matter.
