DHAKA, Aug 17: Police is looking for Oishee Rahman, 17 and maid, 10 of Special Branch Inspector Mahfuzur Rahman and his wife Swapna killed in their own residence at Chamelibagh in the capital.

It will be possible to ascertain the identity of real killer if these two can be found, said police.

However, police have remained tight-lipped about the possible killers involved in the killing and also the motive behind the gruesome murders.

Amzad, manager of the residence, said Oishee, his younger brother Ohee and their maid servant left the house at about 8am on Thursday. When asked, Oishee told the manager that they were going to their maternal uncle`s house.

He said there were restrictions on Oishee to leave the house without the permission of her parents. Oishee`s father Mahfuzur Rahman gave such an order to the manager when paying the rent of the house on August 4. When the manager intercepted Oishee on Thursday morning, she left the house saying she received permission from her mother.

SB`s DIG (Political) Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan said Oishee sent a call to her maternal uncle from her mother`s mobile phone at about 3am on Thursday. Then she said, "We left the home and are coming to your house." However, Oishee finally did not go to her maternal uncle`s house.

Quoting Ohee, the DIG further said,"Father and mother are not in the house. Let`s go to our uncle`s house." However, the 7-year-odl Ohee could not say clearly where they did go. He only said that his sister sent him to the house from Kakrail by a CNG autorickshaw on Friday morning. Ohee even could not say anything about where they were during the entire previous night.

Meanwhile, before sending Ohee, Oishee told him,"You go back to the house. Uncle is waiting for you at the ground floor. We are coming later on."

Reaching the house, Ohee wandered at the ground floor. After some time, uncle Iftekharul Alam and his younger brother Rabiul went to the house.

They even don`t know whereabouts of Oishee and the maid. Without receiving any information about anyone, they decided to enter the house in the afternoon breaking the door. Police was also informed about the matter at that time.

Later, police went to the place of occurrence and found decomposed bodies of the dead at the bathroom of a bedroom which was of Oishee.

Additional Commissioner (ADC-Motijheel Zone) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), told newsmen that the residence was locked from inside the room. It is anticipated that they were killed two days ago. Two sharp weapons were also recovered from the place of occurrence.

It was learnt that Oishee reads at `O` Level at Oxford International School at Dhanmondi.

Meanwhile, caretaker Shahinul Islam said Oishee was not allowed to go outside the residence. Her parents used to accompany her wherever she went.

Even, no relatives used to visit the house.

Meanwhile, police picked up two caretakers--Shahin and Altaf--to the police station concerned for questioning on Friday night.
