Four warehouses gutted in Gazipur fire

Staff Correspondent: Four warehouses of garment scraps were gutted in a fire in Ambagan of Konabari in Gazipur early Monday.
Mirazul Islam, station officer of Kashimpur DBL fire station said the fire erupted around 2:00am and spread to the Jhut warehouses of Nur Islam, Yunus Ali, Jahangir Alam and Shah Alam Fakir.
Later, on information, two fire units rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control around 7:20am.
The reason behind the fire and extent of losses could not be ascertained immediately.
