Hearing on writ seeking formation of CG Wednesday

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) will hear on Wednesday the writ filed seeking its directives to form caretaker government (CG) and the dissolution of tenth parliament before the upcoming eleventh parliamentary election.

A bench of Justice Moinul Islam Chowdhury and Justice Md Ashraful Kamal fixed the date on Tuesday.

Supreme Court lawyer Younus Ali Akand filed the writ petition with the concerned department of HC on Monday.
