Khoka’s son, daughter asked to surrender

Staff Correspondent: The High Court has directed former Dhaka City Corporation (DCC) mayor Sadek Hossain Khoka’s son Ishrak Hossain and daughter Sarika Sadek to surrender before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court in Dhaka within four weeks in connection with two separate corruption cases.

The HC bench of justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice KM Hafizul Alam passed the order after rejecting their bail petitions on Thursday.

The Anti-Corruption Commission filed two cases against the siblings with Ramna Police Station in 2010 for not submitting wealth statements.
