Two minors drown in Mohammadpur

Staff Correspondent: Two minor boys drowned in a water tank at Mohammadpur in the capital.

The deceased were identified as Habib, 3 and Maria, 4.

Locals said the two kids fell into the water tank while playing in the area on Tuesday afternoon.

Sub-Inspector (SI) Firoz Ali of Mohammadpur police station told risingbd.com that the bodies were found in water tank of a residence in Dhaka Udyan’s Block-B on Tuesday night. Later, the bodies were handed over to the families without postmortem.
