‘New wage board to be formed for electronic media’

Senior Correspondent: Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu said that a new wage board will be formed for journalists of the electronic media. 

The minister made the opinion while addressing a dialogue at media center of the secretariat on Tuesday noon.

Hasanul Haq Inu said, "The wage board we formed had prepared a report. It was sent to the Cabinet.”

“There is an important directive for providing wage board for electronic media. So, I am expecting a new wage board for journalists of electronic media in the new year,” he added. 

Bangladesh secretariat reporters’ forum (BSRF) organized the dialogue where BSRF president Shamol Sarkar, general secretary Ashraf and others attended.
