ACC seizes properties of Falu, his wife

Staff Correspondent: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has seized all the moveable and immoveable properties of former BNP chairperson adviser Moasaddek Ali Falu and his wife Mahbuba Sultana.

The properties were seized in line with the order issued by Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate K M Imrul Kayes, said ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya on Sunday.

He said, “According to the court order, they cannot hand over the ownership of their moveable and immoveable properties. However, there is no bar to run regular activities of the institutions concerned.”
