‘Burn injured people to get employment facility’

Staff Correspondent: Social Welfare Minister Nuruzzaman Ahmed has said that employment facilities will be provided to the burn injured people of Chawkbazar.

The minister said this while visiting the injured people at Dhaka Medical College Hospital burn unit on Wednesday noon.

Meanwhile, the minister provided Tk 20,000 to each of the injured people. 

Nuruzzaman Ahmed said, “The physical and mental damage of the burn patients is irreparable. Our government will stay beside of the distress people during this crisis.”

He said, “From the point of social responsibility, we stayed beside these distress people and provided Tk 20,000. The ministry will stay beside them during any trouble.”

Meanwhile, Dhaka-8 constituency MP Hazi Selim, Dhaka Metropolitan Awami League general secretary Shah-e-Alam Murad, Social service decorate director general Gazi Muhammad Nurul Kabir and others attended the function.
