HC rule on police recruitment condition

Staff Correspondent: The High Court has issued a rule seeking to know why the condition of being a person's unmarried and high-ranking person will not be declared unconstitutional in direct recruitment to the post of police sub-inspector.
The bench of High Court headed by Justice Mainul Islam Chowdhury passed the order on Sunday. Advocate Ishrat Hasan argued for the writ petition.
On February 25, the writ was filed with the High Court. On behalf of Khilgaon resident Hossain Khan, Advocate Ishrat Hasan filed the writ.
