Have confidence in World Cup: PM to Tigers

Secretariat Correspondent: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina told the Bangladesh national cricket team to have confidence during the World Cup games.

The premiers said this while talking with the national team players at Ganobhaban on Tuesday.

Sheikh Hasina said, "Take no pressure and play your games with confidence."

Prime Minister’s press wing confirmed the matter.

Earlier, the cricketers led by Mashrafe Bin Mortaza went to Ganobhaban around 12:30pm to meet the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina before leaving the country for the world cup mission.

Head Coach Steven Rhodes, top officials of BCB and others were present on the occasion.

Earlier, Tigers Jersey for the ICC Cricket World Cup unveiled at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Monday.
