Passenger held with 10kg gold at Dhaka airport

Staff Correspondent: Customs officials detained a passenger with 10.3 kilogramme gold at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Friday night.

Acting on a tip off, the officials held Abdus Salam after he got off a Singapore Airlines flight.

Othello Chowdhury, deputy commissioner of Dhaka Customs House, told the risingbd.
