Woman dies of dengue at DMCH

Staff Correspondent: A women died after being diagnosed with the viral disease dengue at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) early Tuesday.

Farjana Hossain, 45, died of dengue around 2:30 am at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital. She was admitted to the hospital on July 22 after being diagnosed with the disease.

Abdullah Khan, an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of DMCH’s police outpost, confirmed this to risingbd.

Farjana, wife of Dr Nurul Amin, used to live in the Eskaton area of the capital.
