Dengue menace: HC to form committee to probe negligence

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) is set to form a committee to probe any negligence in eliminating Aedes mosquito to control dengue.

HC will hand down an order in this regard on Tuesday.

The bench of Justice Tariq ul Hakim and Justice Md Suhrawardy came up with the order on Monday.

Advocate Sayeed Ahmed Raja moved for Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) while Barrister Taufiq Enam Tipu for Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC).

Deputy Attorney General Kazi Mainul Hassan represented the state in the court.
