Verdict on Minni’s bail Thursday

Staff Correspondent: The High Court will deliver its verdict on Thursday on the bail of Ayesha Siddika Minni in Barguna’s Rifat Sharif murder case.

HC bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman fixed the date at 3:30pm on Wednesday.

Earlier on August 20, the High Court (HC) issued a rule asking the government to explain why Aysha Siddika Minni should not be granted bail in the case filed over the murder case.  

Supreme Court lawyer association president and senior lawyer A M Aminuddin, ZI Khan Panna and his team members moved for Minni while deputy attorney general Md Sarwar Hossain stood for the state.
