HC orders to hang portrait of Bangabandhu at all courts

Staff Correspondent:  The High Court (HC) has directed the authorities concerned to hang the portrait of independence architect Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman within two months.

A HC bench of Justice FRM Nazmul Ahsan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader passed the order after hearing a writ petition filed in this connection on Thursday.

Advocate Subir Nandi Das filed the writ petition.

Deputy Attorney General Abdullah Al Mahmud Bashar stood for the state.
