Lokman remanded again for 2 days

A Dhaka court has placed Mohammedan Sporting Club’s Director-in-Charge, also Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) director Lokman Hossain Bhuiyan on a fresh two-day remand in a case filed under the Narcotics act.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Asheq Imam passed the order after hearing in the case on Monday.

Earlier, Tejgaon Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI), also Investigation Officer (IO) of the case Muhammad Kamrul Islam produced Loman before the court as two-day remand ended Sunday.

The IO sought a fresh five-day remand in the case.

After hearing, the court put Lokman on remand for two days.
