ACC seek info of 400 people, organizations

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) issued a notice seeking the information of 400 people and organizations.
ACC director general (special investigation) Sayeed Mahbub Khan sent a letter to director general of Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) in this regard on Wednesday.
ACC public relation officer Pranab Kumar Bhattachargya confirmed the matter to risingbd.
According to the letter, “As part of the ongoing drive against corruption, BFIU froze bank statements of four hundred people and organizations. The information regarding the banking transection of those persons and organizations is needed to evaluate for the sake of proper investigation of ACC.
