Man dies of heatstroke while taking daughter for admission test

A man in his fifties died of heat stroke when he was taking his daughter to Chattogram University (CU) for admission test on Wednesday.

The deceased was identified as Mrinal Das.

Sources said, the victim suffered from heat stroke around 2:00pm at the university campus. Meanwhile, Chhatra League leaders and activists took him to Chattogram University Medical center where doctors declared him dead.

CU medical center Doctor Abu Taiyab confirmed the matter.
