A mild cold wave is sweeping across the country as the mercury dropped slightly, forcing people to limit their outdoor activities in many districts.
Friday’s lowest temperature was recorded in Chuadanga at 8.4 Degrees Celsius.
Rajshahi recorded a temperature of 9.8 degrees Celsius, Iswardi 10.3 degrees Celsius, Badalgachhi 10.3 degrees Celsius, Bagura 11.3 degrees Celsius, Rangpur 10.3 degrees Celsius, Dinajpur 10.5 degrees Celsius, Saidpur 11.8 degrees Celsius, Satkhira 11.0 degrees Celsius, Jashore 9.0 degrees Celsius and Chuadanga 8.4 degrees Celsius.
In its forecast for the next 24 hours, the Met Office said the weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.
Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged for several days.
